Pumpkin Scooping!

To celebrate Harvest, our Reception children have been investigating pumpkins.

The children had a great time looking closely at the skin of the pumpkins. They had lots of fun scooping out the seeds and tried to count how many seeds there were. They used their senses to smell and feel the pulp and seeds. They wanted Mrs Forrest and Mrs Davies to make pumpkin soup and pumpkin pie!
